job change using H1B or EAD , wht to use?

Friends,

I have 2 years of H1B left with valid stamp but also have EAD.

I-485 is pending for more than 180 days?

If I want to change job using AC21, what should I use, H1 transfer or EAD?

You can use either.

Waht would be best to use? I believe & correct me if I am worng that if you have H1 current and EAD, just in case somthing goes wrong in your 485 case you would still have H1 back up otherwise - if your 485 application get denied you would be out of status immediately.

The AOS is denied for minor reasons which can be overcome like documentation errors or for major reasons IN WHICH CASE THAT WILL DEFINITELY AFFECT YOUR h1. iT IS A FALSE BELIEF.

so what do you think? both ways have same risks? i mean , if 485 is denies for minor reaosn....still its denied right?..in that case do i need to leave country immediuatley...? or i can appeal ..?
