Urgent Urgent Help !!!

Guys,

I got 221 g white form in ottawa. Client had replied to the query and am waiting for the response from the consulate. In between i got an emergency and have to go India.I have Mutliple entry visiting visa to canada.

My question is

1) What if consulate reply back to the query and say to drop of my passport, Will i be having ample time or i have to drop of immediately ??? I have to go India and is very important ..

2) Will there any issue in port of entry to canada second time when i visit ?

Pls help & share your experience.

2)I think you can enter canada without any issues, just mention i have to visit consulate

1. I came back after a week and submitted pp, there were no issues for me. The email from consulate has mentioned if there is any delay in submitting pp there might be a possibility for an additional admin processing.

2. I had no issues at canada POE, but i had to explain the reasons why I was travelling to canada whenever i board the flight. Keep pp, i-797, appointment letter and email from consulate handy.

you will have 120 days to submit your passport after you get the email from consulate.

you will not have any issue, you can say " you came to submit passport" and show the email you got from us consulate.

Need advise from experts !!!!

I am Canadian PR and need for H1b visa stamping on new FTE employer. I may need to go to India for urgent matter.

In case If I go to India, can I return to Canada and go for H1b visa stamping, since don't like to go for visa in India

You are asking if a Permanent Resident of Canada can enter Canada. Think about it.
