One of my Friend had the same issue in Ottawa and it seems it has become very common there getting 221G. If there is no problem in your case other than the client verification it should take 2 weeks. But in my friends case it took one complete month to get the issue resolved. So be prepared for at-least for one month. Remember the sooner you respond to their question the sooner you will get your case cleared.

I'm in the same boat. Had my interview on 20th Nov. The Chinese VO officer did not bother to ask me any questions. He had the white slip ready by the time I walked to the counter. So far my client has not received any sort of questionnaire from the consulate yet. This being the holiday week the other two VOs are out on vacation, and perhaps that will slow things for us. I believe everyone in EVC format got a whiteslip on 20th nov.

Guys,

My manager received the email and immedietely he replied back stating " onsite supervision , worked assigned and monitored onsite"

I heard that in forums they have mentioned to have off-shore supervision or supervision by both client and employer !!

Onsite supervision means VISA would be sent back to USCIS ?? Please update

thanks

@kris8989

Who (you/preferred vendor/petitioner) supervises the applicant, and is such supervision off-site or on-site?

1.) If the supervision is off-site and performed by the petitioner, how does the petitioner maintain such supervision i.e. weekly calls, reporting to the main office routinely, or site visits by the petitioner?

2.) Who has the right to control the work of the applicant on a day-to-day basis if such control is required?

3.) Who determines the direction of the project?

4.) Who determines the applicant’s daily activities?

5.) Who provides the tools or instrumentalities for the applicant to perform the duties of employment?

6.) Who hires, pays, and has the ability to fire the applicant?

7.) Who claims the beneficiary for tax purposes?

8.) Who provides the beneficiary with employee benefits?
