First Time H1b Stamping

Hi All,

I got an offer from a small company(started in 2010) which does some inhouse IT projects(basically gets projects from clients) has 2 full time employees and 4-5 contractors working in india.Do you see any issues in transferring my H1B visa to this company.Also will i have any problems in H1b stamping.Currently i am working as contractor to client with vendor between my company and client.Current client is not ready to give client letter for stamping.So in this case,Do you want me transfer to small company or be with current company thinking under H1 b visa stamping perspective.Please help me.

H1B doesn't depend on company's size. What your doing is correct, go ahead.
