thuron Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 Hi Guys, My H1B visa is going to expire next March. I am planning to file H1-B extension based on my approved I-140. Here are my details: I am working for a company with around 100 employees. I am the only H1-B employee in the company. I am filing my H1-B extension with the same company. 1. I believe I need to pay the $1500 ACWIA fee. Is it true? 2. Should I pay $500 Fraud Detection Fee for H1-B extension also? Appreciate your help. Thanks Thuron
