Regarding payroll

Hi,

I am having my H1 visa stamping in canada next week.

My employer didnt ran the payroll for february this year while I was on bench however he did ran the payroll for february on october.Is that going to be a problem during my visa stamping ???

On H1, you need to get paid ALL THE TIME, even on bench. That's the law, and the employer knows it.

If you didn't get paid, you were out of status. That is still true even if you got paid later.

So, this may result in problems.

Make sure that you get paid regularly, no less than monthly, ALL THE TIME.
