killbillnew Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 These days you should else you are in trouble
va2toronto Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 As per my knowledge you need to do amedment beacuse you are changing the work location. The VO will look at the LCA and I-129 petetion where you can see the exact location. If both are different that would be a problem.
New0987 Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 Hi a999, You make sure your H1B is am-mended. Even you change a building location of the same Client you needed to do the am-mended. If are going for a Visa make sure that is done before you leave for stamping.
fin.naresh@gmail.com Posted November 20, 2012 Report Posted November 20, 2012 as far as I know getting the amendment done is better.
cooldude76 Posted November 20, 2012 Report Posted November 20, 2012 H1b amendment is necessary. Why does your employer not want to do H1b amendment?
