Hi ,

Can any on please help me with DS 160 form question :Has your VISA ever been cancelled or revoked?

Wrong university was mentioned on my first F1 Visa so they cancelled without prejudice and issued new F1 visa with right university .Should I say yes or no if I have "Cancelled without prejudice" on my previous F1 visa?

Please advise.

In general, if the consulate / embassy has cancelled the visa and reissued the same to rectify the printing error s/he may select "NO" to this question. But to make a transparent visa application it may be better to select "YES" to this question and explain in brief about the reason for visa cancellation.
