H1 Transfer - Status of H1 visa

Sir,

I've 3 questions with respect to H1 Transfer:

1. I'm working with Company A in H1B visa, Company B offer join date is 3 weeks from now. After getting H1 Transfer Premium Processing Receipt number from Company B by next week i am planning to give 2 weeks notice to my current employer A. say while in 2 weeks notice period ,if the company A voluntarily relieves me before the 2 weeks period, say by 1.5 weeks, Then for 0.5 weeks (2-3 days) - I'll not be in payroll in either of the companies, so what will be the impact on my H1 status ?

2. I'm working for Company A, What will happen if my company A revokes my H1b Petition during the 2 weeks notice period.

3. I'm in Company A, and my current H1B extension with Company A is valid for another 2 years from now. This week i got an offer from Company B. Company B will be filing H1 transfer in premium by next week, once i get the premium receipt by next week, they ask me to join them in approx 2 weeks. After i join the company B, What will be my status/impact, in case if h1 transfer doesn't get approved (denied) ?
