Make sure you leave all your belongings in motel room. Leave your backpack, bags , purses all in the motel itself. Carry only your documents folder

Plan to take umbrella with you as it rains most of time in Vancouver.

Initial Security Check : I-797, DS-160 confirmation page, Passport will be verified --Directed to Second floor

Second check --Second Floor --Like Security check in airport --After that I-797, DS-160 confirmation page, Passport will be verified and token number is given, Documents are bundled

You need to wait for a while till your token number is called and asked to go to 20th Floor where interviews are held.

At counter 3 finger prints are taken and you need to wait for a while till your token number is called for interview. Same token number is carried starting from security check to till your interview

I was trained by my employer to use the latest tool/s/w at my client site. He always asses my performance and will provide with all support to do my job at my client site

I was trained intensively to use all the latest tools.

Its an on going project there is no specific time frame right now. It will go for multiple Years .

Initial contract is till Month DD 2012.

Its a open ended assignment(long term project)

Through status reports every week and weekly time sheets. And also we have a status call setup every week where we discuss about the

assigned tasks for that week , tasks for the next week and strategies to be implemented to accomplish them.

Through Email, phone and also through a propitiatory software (My employer has a special application to submit timesheets,

status report every week etc.,)

Weekly status reports and through conference calls based on the need. If there is any need my employer provides training

for me

We have a conference call twice every week over a bridge line. Also every two weeks I send a summary of the work accomplished in an email.

We can tell him that you submit weekly status reports to employer and get them approved, and once every month or two ur supervisor,

u and employer will have a confernce call and you update your tasks and develiverables and get new tasks from employer which will

be monitored by client supervisor --say client manager instead

It’s through weekly status calls by Employer’s manager – for reviewing status and assigning new tasks along with vendor contact

There was a performance appraisal and my salary was increased from YYYY.

--My thoughts.

I got only one week leave and I thought it would be good if I come to Vancouver to get my stamping done as it is closer to me.(As I stay in California)

I had one of my friend staying here and I came here to attend his graduation. To return back to US I need to have stamping. (They might ask you where do your friend stay)

I had plans to go India and before that I thought to get my stamping done and as Vancouver is closer to me I came over here.

***********************TIPS*************************

--Carry Canadian dollars (helps in taking picture if they ask for inside consulate) --If you stay in DaysInn motel which is there nearby consulate you can exchange canadian dollars with american dollars (One canadian dollar=one american dollar)

--Contact your immigration law firm (and if possible, the consulate) ahead of time to confirm the PIMS status for your application

--Better take a color photo copy of your DS-160. Use latest photo to fill DS-160.

--Take all the tax returns

If you have worked on H1 for a long time, the VO might ask you for the tax returns when you were student.

--Make sure you get letters from all the layers and everyone gives the letters with

same dates and responsibilities in their letters.It does not matter whether you are EVVC or EVC or EC as long if you have all the letters you

will be good for H1B stamping.

--Make Sure you answer to the point one word or a line max. If needed they will ask details.Don'tshow your docs untill they ask.

--All I can say is, no matter how much we are tensed or thinking what might happen to our career it is advised to go with a positive intent.

Eventually, all the effort will seem to be worth it. Smile ( dont laugh) when talking the VO.

--Have faith in God and confidence on yourself, be relaxed all the time and answer clearly what asked w/o manipulating.For sure your visa will be approved.

--I hope all you guys get Visa's and you dont have any issues. In case if you get any 221G consulate may send questionnarie of below format to your client
