H4 to H1 Stamping in Canada....

I came to US on H4 and got my H1 this year. I want to travel to India..

Can I go for stamping in Canada or is it compulsory for me to go to India for the stamping.

Will it be easy to get it done in cananada ?

Canada accept COS cases. I feel it would be easier to get it done from Canada, if you are working for US based clients. Email/Phone communication happens quick (same timezone).
