nupuraggarwal
My visa interview was on 11/15, VO asked basic question about company and position. and then said that my application is on admin processing and asked to proceed to another window. when I went to another window, there was an indian guy who said that my visa is approved but has to go under admin processing, I asked when should I get my passport, he said there is no timeline.. I am not sure what does this mean? does anyone else has similar experience? Since they havent provided any timeline on my application? Please help. I have a return ticket in 2 weeks... khurraminbox
Hi , i applied h1b visa stamping on 23rd March 2012 at US consulate, Toronto. Till that time my case under administrative review. By nationality i have Pakistani passport and by profession i am Pharmacist. My employer is near to fire me soon and still my visa is pending. I devoted my life 7 past years to get US first professional degree and spend more many thousand dollars. Now its time to get enjoy with a good job with good salary US govt. put my case pending. Its so much depressing some time and i regret why i choose USA as my choice for higher education. I think if US govt. don’t want foreigners to fill there jobs so why dont they stop issuing so called 75, 000 H1b visa every years. Any how my case is lesson for those young people who are from Muslim country please think 100 times before choosing USA for ur future life. Sorry no for my hard language if it heart any one. thanks Link to comment
Balrog1978
Sorry to hear your case but after shazad and 9/11 can you blame them from being cautious? Sad some rotten eggs mess up the basket for everyone. Country to country relations make a big difference. Hopefully, with improving relations, even things like visa approvals would improve.
