Successful stamping in Vancouver @ Nov 15th

First of all thank you very much everyone here. I would also like to thank Murthy forum for all the help it provided me in preparing for my VISA interview.

I am following Murthy forums from last 3-4months. I was little bit tensed but finally by God's grace I made it.

Now its time for me to pay back :)

My background: EVC Model, MS in USA, Bachelors in India

Along with me there are another 5 members who appeared on Thursday of which 5 got approved and one got 221G. Out of total 6, one person is FTE, 4 are on EVC, 1 is on EVVC

On Wednesday one of my friend(FTE) also got approved

--My Experience (11/15)

VO was a guy in 30-40. Was asking common questions and approving if you have all documentation. The same VO issued 221G to a girl who is not having Client letter. So please plan to have a client letter

I advise if you are not having client letter atleast try to bring email from your client saying that he cannot issue client letter or

if it is not possible too atleast bring employee badge or your outlook emails. You can try to convience.

VO : Good Morning

Me : How are you doing

VO : I am good. How are you

Me : I am doing good. Thanks for asking

VO : Who is your petitioner?

Me : XXXX

VO : How long are you working?

Me : 2yrs 4months

VO : Do you have a end client ?

Me : Yes Sir, I had a end client... said end client name

VO : How long are you working with your endclient?

Me : Its same timeframe --2yrs 4months

VO : Did you do Masters?

Me : Yes,

Vo : Where

Me : XXXXXX and in Industrial technology

VO : What is your role?

VO : What is your client location address?

VO : What do your end client do?

XXXXX

VO : Asked my Paystubs and Bank statements

VO : Asked my LCA, W2

Finally the golden words which I was waiting to hear for from last 3-4months came "YOUR VISA IS APPROVED". You can collect in 3-5 business days.

VO was a old lady in counter 4

VO: Whom do you work for?

I work for XXXXX

VO : Did you do Masters from 2007-2012 by seeing my F1B Visa in passport

I told I started my Masters in 2007 but got passed out in 2010. Then she asked me so after that you started working on OPT. I told Yes

VO : Are you passed out with Bachelors

I answered No, I passed out with Masters in Biomedical engineering

VO : Can I see your degree certificate

I said Yes and showed it

In degree certificate it was showing Masters in Science and Engineering but as I answered biomedical she asked why was I having Science Engineering in degree certificate

I told Biomedical is my specialization in Science Engineering

VO :When did you start working with your employer?

XXXX

VO :Can I see all your paystubs?

Showed all years paystubs

VO :Did you have endclient?

Yes

VO :But your paystubs is showing your employer is paying you. Then why you are working for endclient?

He is the one who pays for my employer but as I am a full time employee to my employer he is the one who is responsible for my payment

VO :who is your endclient?

VO :What is your endclient location?

I told name. She asked me to spell it.

VO :She asked for client letter?

I showed it

She took the client letter and went to discuss with fellow VO and came back to desk after 2-3 minutes and started typing in the system. I thought she is going to give me 221G. In the meantime

VO :Do you have any problems with your employer

I told no

VO :Were you on bench anytime

I told no

VO :She asked me what does your client do?

I gave on details but she was not listening and went on typing

Again she went inside and discussed with fellow VO and came back to desk gave back my client letter and told my Visa got approved.

My company sponsored H1B

Then asked for Bankstatements, paystubs

I didnt mean that. If in case you dont have any kind of client documentation then there might be a chance that having badge or some outlook emails with your signature will be helpful to convience VO. Its not that only having badge will boost your case but there might be some chances VO might be satisfied instead of not carrying nothing.

How do we send the passport back once we get the email from consulate to sumbit passport as your visa is approved? Through loomis or you have to physcially goto embassy?

Your passport will be dispatched to Loomis near Richmond. You need to collect it from there...

He had a look at my paystubs more than bank statements and if you have increase or decrease in pay it is okay as long as you are getting paid regularly. You can convience saying that you do over time and you had a performance appraisal and your pay was increased. As long as your bank statements and pay stubs are reflecting same you are good
