H1B stamp at vancouver

I've my visa appointment at Vancouver in Dec, due to HR policies, client has stopped giving letters to consulate. Please let me know if this is going to be an issue in getting visa stamp.

Keep the letter request and your manager's response in email and you can show it if asked.

Client letter is mandatory for visa stamping. If you can't get it, get the printout of that email mentioning the same in that email.
