Ottawa 221g Jun 25 Urgent help!

Hello,

I was issued 221g on Jun 25 since then I am waiting to hear back from consulate

My client received email on Jun 26 and they responded back on same day favouring me. Since then i sent several emails to consulate for case status and none of them were responded. I requested my client to ask for my status but they are not going to request my status as i am not their employee. I requested senator to ask for status and senator was helpful and he sent an email to consulate but even he didnt get any response. I called US Homeland and they provided status saying it is still in administrative processing and they are clear that they cannot provide any more update or help me escalate the process. I tried calling ottawa many time and it doesnt have any operator to respond to our questions, it is always automated message. Does anyone of you gone through similiar phase? Please throw some suggestions or experience.

I am sorry, for your situation. If I were you, I will try finding new employer who can file Petition again.

I had my interview on july 25th got 221 g white slip. Got questions from consulate to the client the client said they cannot respond to the email as per their policy and forwarded to my employer and my employer responded to the mail. No updates since then.

I am sorry to hear ur situation. Well, I am also in the same boat now. I got 221g white and he took all the docs like lca, 129, paystubs, client/vendor letter, w2 and returned my pp back and told me to wait for his email for further process.

Was your interview taken by Asi** guy or Whi** guy ? bcoz I have found that A**** guy is quick in making decision and don't keep the applicant waiting for the decision.

Also did you get 221g white, yellow, blue ?
