mmh55 Posted November 15, 2012 Report Posted November 15, 2012 Hello, I filed my I-485 in Feb 2012 at the Texas Service Center and received my EAD/AP combo card in March 2012, which expires in the first week of March 2013. I am currently on H1-B which expires in Sep 2014. My questions: a) As per the Instructions for I-765 and I-131, I found the following addresses for mailing by Fed-Ex EAD: Texas Service Center 4141 North St. Augustine Road, Dallas, TX 75227 AP: USCIS Attn.: AOS 2501 S State Hwy. 121 Business Suite 400 Lewisville, TX 75067 Does this mean that I need to mail my EAD and AP applications as separate packets as the addresses are different? b) If I apply for my EAD renewal in the last week of November, would my EAD arrive by first week of March 2013? Thank you!
Belle Posted November 15, 2012 Report Posted November 15, 2012 1. Seems like it. 2. No. Your EAD will arrive once it is approved, probably in a couple of months. It's validity should start in March, assuming you fill everything out correctly.
MayEB2I Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 i sent my EAD and AP to the same address: By U.S. Postal Service: USCIS P.O. Box 660867 Dallas, TX 75266 If its by Fedex, I think u can send both to the same following address: USCIS Attn: AOS 2501 S.State Hwy. 121 Business Suite 400 Lewisville TX 75067 Check again.
sujer07 Posted December 3, 2012 Report Posted December 3, 2012 Hi MMH55 and all, I am planning to renew my EAD and AP, and had a few questions for which I request your help. My I485 was also filed at TSC: 1. Which address did you send your EAD to? 2. Which address did you send your AP to? 3. Can we include two EADs or two APs (Spouse and Self) in the same envelope or do they have to be different? Thanks much!
