Suggestions Required Please

Hi All,

I need suggestions please help me out , my situation:

I am on EVVC model and i am working in this project since 2 years and also working with same employer since i got H1.

I need to go for stamping in next year May for my marriage and i hear so many people telling me that going for stamping in EVVC model is a risk.

V1 vendor(TCS) is ready to take me as a employee but as every one knows they don't file GC

V2 is local desi vendor who is again willing to take me but he is a stranger and i don't how far i can trust him with his promises.

End client is ready to give me client letter in any format i require and also this V1 aand V2 are ready as well to give letters. So can you suggest me if i can remain with my employer and go for stamping or should i change to V1 or V2? if i need to change which is better option V1 or V2. Is it worth Changing employers before 6 months?

Offer wise both V1, V2 and my current employer are same. I am not able to decide please help me out .

The first question VO asked is why did you changed these many employers??

I recommend get all those letters and also contracts between each layer you should be good.

im my opinion....if you have a client letter....I think your good to go.....

Till date i never changed my employer....i am with same employer who filed my H1B .....but bcoz i am in EVVC model and bcoz i have to go to India these scenarios of changing employers are coming up..... but as i already said i have all the letters from EV1V2....so my question is .....

Option 1 :is it better for me to change employer either to V1 or V2 and then make the model either EVC or EC and than go for stamping

Option 2: Remain with same employer by remaining in same model as i have all the letters and go for stamping as it is

I explained about V1 and V2 cases above

I have 6 months in my hand to come to conclusion on either of these 2 options please suggest me which option is better....

This is best. Make it as EC then you will have more chances of getting the visa
