Hello Everyone,

I'm Planning to go for H1-B Stamping to Toronto on Nov-28th.As Per Our Client Policies the HR has Stopped giving immigration Letters.But My Manager is willing to write me email to me Saying that we cannot issue letter but he is working here from XXXX.

Could you Please guys let me know if the email is enough if the Visa Officer asks about the Client Letter ?

Could you Guys let me know what the Content of the email should be so that I could request Same format.

That should work. But not sure.

Depends on the visa office, but reading most of the cases it seems that you won't be having any problems if you have mail from the manager. About format, nothing specific, but try to have following information in the letter

1. you are working with client from ....

2. employee-employer relations - employer reviews your performance, etc (you can get more info from your company or lawyer if you have)

3. anything extra thats not in my head currently

If you don't get above info. don't worry, it would be enough that manager's email just mentions that client is unable to give client letter due to policies in the company.

Hi am exactly in the same boat as yours I cant get any letter or even clear email for that matter can you please post the format once you get it and also your experience it would be really helpful for me..

I would say depends on consulate you attend for your interview. I would say 50-50 chance of 221g as i have seen some cases in Ottawa particularly.
