ntgain Posted November 13, 2012 Report Posted November 13, 2012 Can employer file for an I-140 second time using the same PERM(EB2) that was used to file for first I-140 and withdrawn later? -EB2 PERM was approved in Q2 2010. -First I-140 approved in Jan 2010 later it was withdrawn. Now can the same employer file for a second I-140 using the PERM that was approved in 2010? If so can it be done in premium processing.
JoeF Posted November 13, 2012 Report Posted November 13, 2012 The PERM approval is only valid for 6 months.
