Question on H1B stamping Toronto Canada Dec-17th with family ?

I am going with my wife and 2 children, younger one is 20 months and she is citizen

so, Can they allow her in side the consulate ? though she do not need any visa

Since i have attended Toronto consulate recently i noticed that there is a seperate and speedy line for US Citizens. Also, i noticed parents attending the consulate along with their kids and i haven't seen anyone being restricted to enter the premises. But its just my opinion, please wait for any other authorized post before you make a decision.
