I came to US in 2007 and completed my MS from a good university in 2008 and had been in OPT after that. But by the time my OPT expired, my employer did not file for my H1 and I had to join ***. I got my H1 last year and I am planning to go to stamping to either Canada or India. Will it be a problem for me during Interview process as I had joined *** after I completed my MS and used my OPT. Any suggestions would help me a lot.

This is another mistake. 3. You have joined a school to work rather than going to school. Another F1 abuse. Having these many breaches, now decide yourself.

Even after my H1 started, I continued for one more semester. So is there any chance that I can get by with this.

Based on that CPT program, I continued my studies and work both together. That's the reason why *** is under the scanner. On F1 student is not supposed to work except on Campus, school is not allowed to provide CPT unless and until the student has left with minimum credits to graduate. Contact an attorney ASAP before the stamping. I guess you have less chances as *** will be on your record for ever. ON F1 STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WORK,IF YOU WANT TO WORK GET THE WORK VISA.
