Lifeupsidedown Posted November 12, 2012 Report Posted November 12, 2012 I received an RFE after sending the interfiling letter to upgrade the I-485 to EB2 from EB3. They wanted a formal request from me/attorney to change AOS to EB2. Also reqeusted an updated G-325A. Waste of Money and time and not to mention agony of not knowing what they wanted with the RFE. This request came from Nebraska, if anyone cares.

I guess it was not official enough... just respond to the RFE.
