I539 (L2 to H4) pending and Spouse H1 transfer.

Hi,

I am currently in L2 status. My spouse's status changed from L1 to H1 effective Oct 1, 2012. There was no employer change at that time just status changed.

I had filed I539 (receipt date: Sept 12) for CoS from L2 to H4 for me and my kid. This CoS application is currently pending with USCIS.

Now my spouse is planning to change job and transfer his H1 to another employer.

Will this H1B transfer of my spouse be fine while our CoS from L2 to H4 is pending? Can there be any bad consequences?
