H1B Transfer to Small American Company

Hi All,

I want to transfer to small american company(actually small implementation partner).Company has no history of filing visa's.I will be like 3rd employee apart from the Owner and her husband.Will i have any problem in transfering the visa.What are pros and cons of applying Green card from such a small company.Company also does some outsourcing work to india.Please provide me some suggestions.

Most small businesses fail. The likelhood of it being around when GC priority date becomes current is small.

My company has 5 employees, myself being only one on Visa. I got my I140 approved. I know someone where there are only two people in the company. His GC approved last year.
