One of my friends started working on OPT for employer X & client A. After around 6 months of working with employer X they moved him to employer Y(sister company) without his knowledge ... he continued working with client A and employer Y for another 2 months(on OPT)

So, should he mention employer Y in DS 160?

And what if the VO asks how he worked for client A with both employer Y and X... What should be his answer?
