Hello All,

I have been murthy forums for a long time for my H1B visa interview.

My Visa has been approved today and i want to share my experience with you all. Just one suggestion if you are confident you can crack the interview at any consulate. I thank all the members of this forum for posting there exp. and thoughts.

My Interview went like this:

Me: Good Morning Officer, HRU?

VO: Good Morning, I am doing good. How abt u.

Me Smiled and said i am doing fine.

VO: How Much you are getting paid in USA

ME:xxxxxxxxxxxxx $

VO: Whom do you report and where does your manager sit?

ME: I told i report to so and so at my employer and location of my employer.

VO: Can i see your petition related doc's?

ME: showed my I797 and LCA, and I 129.

VO: Who is ur client and what is ur role and ur responsibilities?

Me: Said so and so is my client and explianed him all the daily activities i do.

VO: Can i see your client letter and vendor letter.

Me: Showed client letter and Vendor letter issued to me in the month of may for filing my H1B

VO: Do you have more recently issued client letter?

Me: Sorry sir, Client has a policy of issuing the letter only once and I showed him most recent emails i have received from my client manager and other emails.

Then the golden words came "your visa is approved " it will be couriered to you in a week.

That's it.

I am on EVC model and this is my first H1B stamping filed in the month of april 2012 and got activated on oct1.
