Hello Experts,

i attended the interview this Tuesday at Vancouver. VO asked the following questions

You did your masters in US

Which university and where

whats your major

who is your employer

how long you been with this employer

do you work for any before

who is your end client

who is your role

how long you are with this client

do you have client letter

whats your annual income

does your employer pay on time

do you have pay stubs

why is your pay stubs still running in different state -- explained just moved to the state i don't have fixed address in the state so temporarily my pay stubs are mailed to previous address.

do you have i129 and checked for the client address

He dint say anything OR gave any kind of receipt just said need little more information and took my personal no.and said will call you when i called to check my application status i heard its under Admin processing.

Imp: when i gave the client letter he just asked the person who signed is client manager, does he sign the letter for you asked for 2 times and whats his role.

My QUESTION TO EXPERTS:

As i don't receive any kind of receipt and its in Admin Processing how long it takes for them to contact us,

what admin processing will go under,

is there any no. to call and check the status

how do i check my status,

do we ever get any response for our mails.

don't understand how long to stay or whom to contact or what to do.

if its taking more time how do i get passport back.

Most of the current Admin processing are to enquire employee- employer relationship .

So the client side HR or Person signed the client letter are getting a complete questionaire, based on the answers they are making decisions. This is pretty straight forward.

However , if your employer had any remarks like not filing taxes on time, not paying to employees on time...etc.

All these will considered and will make the case as complicated as possible.

Each case is different, its very hard to find similar situation.
