Successful VISA stamping (Nov 5th 2012) - PIMS not Updated- Any one in the same Boat?

I am posting this on behalf of my friend.

He has sent an email to verify if the PIMS database was updated on Friday November 2nd 2012.

His interview was on Monday November 5th 2012. His Visa was approved, but he still (November 7th 2012) didn't get any email from LOOMIS. (All of his friends whose visa was approved on Monday (November 5th), received the email Tuesday (November 6th) evening, that their passports are ready for pickup).

Does any one have idea of how long it would take to get the passport back? Or are there any one in the similar situation?

I'm in the same boat, interview was on 5th. Young american said PIMS verification to be done and will take 3-4 business days, max till friday.
