Has someone applied fora Canada TRV in detroit ....What is the normal proessing time...

In my case I received in 15 days. I sent mail on 11/17 and I received my passport back by 11/31.

Processing time for Canada TRV in Detroit office is much shorter than NYC office. I know mroe then a dozen of my friends who mailed their packet to Detroit and got it back in less then 15 days.

I have mailed mine to NYC and its been over 15 days and I am still waiting.
