HoneB
Hello, Here's my case: I was working on h1b from 2007 to 2010, in 2008 I changed my employer and when I came back for stamping to India in 2010 my visa got rejected in Jan 2011 because of my employers credentials and no response from my client to the query. I left for further studies to London in 2011, finished in 2012 may and came back to Indian, Applied for fresh H1b in June 2012, after RFE clearance have received an approval now and want to goto London for visa stamping as I have to collect my education docs from my university. Is it advisable to go to london? I don't want to take a risk going to Delhi embassy this time. please advice. Thanks Link to comment
luck2u
When you attend your H1B visa interview in London, I believe there are quite a few chances the VO can ask you to attend in your home country. This was happened till 2 years back as I have seen many people in this scenario. So, even in your case I think you can give a try in London and if not ultimate destination is to attend visa interview in India as being home country. Good Luck! Link to comment
