sakethwins
Hello, My H1B stamping was done recently and I am planning to change employer (H1B transfer) so do I need to go for stamping again with new employer H1B ? Link to comment
arun45
If you have a Visa Stamped in your passport and if the end date on your Visa Stamping is still not expired, you can use the old H1B Visa to travel to and out of USA. IMHO you may not be required to have a new H1B Visa Stamping with new employer. Technically, all you need is your new employer I-797 and your old H1B Stamping to travel to and out of USA. (FYI, there were similar questions posted with similar replies). Link to comment

luck2u
No, as long as you have valid visa irrespective of you work for that employer or not you do not need visa. You must carry new I-797 (approved petition) when you travel out of country to show that new I-797 petition in Port of Entry where you will get new I-94 as per new I-797 validity. Link to comment
