With the new system it is difficult to get an idea what is going on... I saw available dates for 1-3 weeks of November in Kolkata consulates. I didn't see any for December for Kolkata Consulate. If you're scheduling yours can you please check for Delhi Dec 3rd or 4th? I scheduled mine for 5th but a reschedule would need cancellation of the appointment I made.
