sagar2142004 Posted November 5, 2012 Report Share Posted November 5, 2012 My name is Sagar shah I was appeared for my H1-B first time in Dec 2011 at Kolkata consulate..but given 221(g) orange form to submit docs from my company..Submitted the docs in Dec 2011.. waited for 3 months and then got 221(g) denial letter stating tht my case is sent back to USCIS for additional review...but never got any responce yet.. Applied for new H1-B with the same employer in July 2012 with Premium processing..got approved from USCIS in Aug 2012. Appeared for the VISA interview at Mumbai consulate in Sept 2012. Asked to submit the additional documents and told by th VO tht " as your previous petition is still with USCIS I need to verify the documents before I issue u a VISA..." Submitted all the required documents on 18th Oct 2012...Still waiting for any response from the consulate... Can you please tell me what else I can do at this time to follow up with my application?? Can you provide me with any kind of contact address or phone number on which I shuld mail or call?? Waiting for your reply.... Thanks Sagar Shah Link to comment
