First time H1-B stamping in Hyderabad ?

Hello All,

I am working under VC model. This is my first time H1-B stamping. Here is my concern -

I worked for Company A on OPT. They applied for my H1-B and got approved for 3 yrs. But I never worked on this H1-B. This is a big company with 84,000 employees worldwide. Later I had to move to Company B and my H1-B got approved for 1 yr. Current employee strength for Company B is just 125 employees.My work with the client remained the same except that I had to switch employers.

I started working on H1-B with Company B from 10/10/2012.

Questions -

1. Can I go for stamping in the early december? (By then it won't be a full 3 month pay stubs on my H1-B. I still have previous valid pay stubs)

2. Will there be any concern on the number of employees the employer has?

3. How is Hyderabad cosulate doing these days? Will there be a problem for contractors?

number of employees in a company is not a concern for visa stamping: My employer has 5 people in the company, myself being only one H1B..I had my visa stamped in 2009. My friend has only two employees in the company, one being himself and the other his boss CEO/CFO of the company...My friend recently got his GC too
