relocating to previous city - Is old perm/140 still valid?

Hello,

I work for an American firm. Moved from City A (140 approved) to City B. I had to file a new perm in City B (in process - answered an RFE). Now my company is asking me to move back to City A.

My questions are

1. Will the old perm/140 (of City A) still be valid?
   
2. If yes, Do I need to add an amendment to it?
   
3. Can I cancel City B's perm application?
   
4. Will the frequent relocation have any repercussions on my GC Process?
   

Has one been in this situation before?
