Priority Date Pridiction?

Hi,

My PD is of Oct 2011 in EB2, is there any chance it will become current in spring / summer 2013 in current quota? Or the endless persuit will continue into 2014/2015?

Any thoughts?

As per murthy eb2 prediction actual data shared by uscis 2008 will be on end of 2013.lets see.i am 2010 boat pray for good to happen.

Dude, there are lot many people ahead of Oct 2011, and there is NO WAY you gonna get current this FY 2013. PERIOD. Did u subscribe to Murthy bulletin? DOS has predicted if it moves EB2-India then max it can go end of 2007 or beginning of 2008 this FY 13. So, do your match for your PD.

The dates will be stuck at this point for a while.

If people want, they can count their lucky stars that they got to file 485 (and have the potential to do AC21).

@ Illinois Dude: you are asing a very specific question for which no one can answer at this stage (not even USCIS). Early 2008 can mean, Jan of 2008 or first quarter of 2008.... just wait and see.

Next PD for EB2-India - 01 SEP 1774..So we all are in line

Right now the pd is in 2004. So unless one's pd is in 2004 or within a few months of it, no worries. No accidental way for your pd to be current within a few months.

As usual, there will be plenty of warnings from cis if they want to move the pd too fast or too slowly. Keep checking on murthy bulletins.
