Overlap of Degree and full-time employment. Does that matter for GC process?

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for GC via Employer based GC process.

Where I am right now is I have Masters (Bachelors + 3years) + 1 years of US experience.

I need to fill the job requirements of 1 more year.

I have at least 5 years of India experience.

Can I use my India experience (around year 2000)?

Another issue is It was a full-time employment but done simultaneously with my Bachelor's.

If I get a letter of employment with contact details for full-time basis employment stipulated in the letter of employment, would that take care of the overlap with my degree?

Any help would be hugely appreciated!!

If you employed before receiving your degree, it obviously did not require the degree. If you continued in the same position after receiving your degree, the job does not require a degree.
