jimiparekh Posted November 2, 2012 Report Posted November 2, 2012 You can say that you may have to visit your home country for a very short period (may be 1 week) and that time you may not be able to go for visa,
rahul412 Posted November 2, 2012 Report Posted November 2, 2012 You can say that you may have to visit your home country for a very short period (may be 1 week) and that time you may not be able to go for visa, Never lie during the interview.
jimiparekh Posted November 3, 2012 Report Posted November 3, 2012 There is nothing like lying, but this is the real scenario for many people who have no plan to visit the home country, but have to visit due to emergency or any reason. And getting the date during that period is not guaranteed. And by the way what is the truth then? Will anybody ever say that in India the RFE and rejection rate is so high and the cases takes much longer than canada? This is the only truth for people going to canada for stamping.... So the question is what can be the best possible and moreover realistic (at least for some).. answer?

Not everyone is getting rejected in India, and not everyone is getting their visa in Canada. It all depends on the documents and other stuff. And the best possible answer is ,truth.
jimiparekh Posted November 5, 2012 Report Posted November 5, 2012 Truth? The truth is that 90% of people working in EVC model is managed by the end client or vendor manager, but still people manipulate the answer to say that their employer manages his/her work. The truth is that people working on % basis don't get paid on bench, but still they say they are paid all the time. The truth is that people get some part of the pay as expenses, to cut the tax, but hardly some one shows that.... There are long list of such truth.... You want people to say truth for all these things too? Anyway, I think the purpose of the forum is to help the people in best possible way and not to remind them about truth.... And thats what I tried to did by suggesting the best possible answer according to me.... Have a nice time !!!

You want people to say truth for all these things too? All of the above facts are nothing but violating immigration rules and regulations. So how can you expect visa for these cases?? That's why people like Charles Grassley wants more scrutiny in the H1B program. Do you want to happen that?? I don't want more scrutiny into H1B program, so I suggest to follow immigration rules.
pontevecchio Posted November 6, 2012 Report Posted November 6, 2012 Closer and more convenient? Maybe? On the other hand none of the VO's business?
Maddy_visa Posted November 7, 2012 Report Posted November 7, 2012 I think its good if people dont post these kind of stuff here.. and rather concentrate just on accomodatation dates and any questions for every ones benefit :)
