Swaroopk Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 EVC Model. No client letter(Email conversation from client manager) Interview time: 8:00. At the window by 8:30am. Took I797, I129, Vendor letter, Email Conversation from my client saying that they don't issue client letters, pay stubs, Contract between employer and Vendor(Master agreement), Offer letter. Returned my passport. VO said he needs to do further review to make a decision on my case. Looked at old threads and most of them said that client or Vendor will get an client questionnaire from Embassy the same day or the in next few days. It was also mentioned that its wouldn't hurt us until unless the client screws up answering the questions. Anybody in same situation? If so please respond. And also lets keep updating our statuses in this post. In my case no email to my client/vendor yet(1:40pm sameday).

I handed over the client, vendor and employer letters. He asked how many vendors I have and I said one. He then asked for my i129 and paystubs. He clipped them all together and said that he needs to further review my application and handed me the 221g (white slip) and my passport.
