I did unpaid internship with a company for 3 months during first 12 months of OPT and that company is currently not available as it is bankrupted few months ago,

after that intern i joined my current employer and, got opt extension, i was paid from the time i joined my current employer

my H1 was filed on 2011 and it was approved and i am continuing with my current employer,

I am planning to go for stamping,

i cannot get any letter from the unpaid intern employer whom i worked for 3 months previously during the 1st 12 months of OPT as the company is bankrupted.

Do i need to mention that unpaid intern as employment in DS 160?

is it required to provide letter from all the previous employers (including the unpaid intern)?
