Approved I140. Porting PD Questions

Hi,

I have an approved I140 application and wanted to know the restrictions in moving to a new employer while porting my priority date. My questions are below.

- Should the new job have the same title and job description?

- If I am switching from an engineering role to a business role, will the porting of priority date be possible?

- If I change jobs within the same company in a different role, will the PD porting be easier?

- Do I need to work with my current employer for six months after the I140 approval before I can make a switch?

- Is there some things I can do so that my current employer does not terminate my I140 after switching?
