EAD card typo

Hi

Recently I got EAD card and found that there was typographical error on the back of card. It was a spelling mistake in father's name.

I talked to USCIS customer service representative and he raised Expedite request since it was USCIS error.

Later I got mail from USCIS to submit orginal EAD, approval notice I-797, birth certificate and passpport copies to USCIS office.

I submitted those documents three weeks back but there is no response. Again I called customer service and got to know that I need to wait 30 days to receive any response from them.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the corrected EAD card from USCIS? Is there any way to expdite the process?
