What is appointment letter and vendor agreement ??

Is it just the slip which says confirmation that is required. or there is a seperate letter ? I have a visa interview on October 30th. I don't know what is vendor agreement.

Does your employer use a lawyer for immigration stuff? If not, they should get one.

If your employer is a consultant, you need a client letter. Search for "employer-employee relationship."

when you say appointment letter i assume you are talking about visa appointment confirmation page that you can print from usvisainfo website.

and vendor agreement :- it is applicable only if you are in EVC model or EC model it is the agreement between your client and your vendor or the vendor and your employer.

if you are in EC model your employer will give that agreement there will be only one agreement. and if you are in EVC model there will be an agreement between your client and vendor and another one between your vendor and your employer. your employer can provide the agreement between the vendor and your employer but its kind of hard to get the agreement between the vendor and client . coz they dont want to disclose the details unless it is absolutely necessary.

appointment letter will be the confirmation page with bar code when you filled out DS-160. Vendor agreement might be a letter from your primary vendor stating about your employer/petitioner name.
