Asked to come Consulate on 25th Oct, OTTAWA

Did anyone receive mail to come Consulate on 25th Oct from Ottawa Consulate. Please share here. What could be the reason for asking to come.

I received email to come to Ottawa embassy to complete application process between 2:00 to 2:30 pm. I will keep you posted.

I received 221 g on October 16th and i am on EVC.
