He is currently with the same employer as a full time employee. Its his 4th year in H1B. And his GC first stage is cleared. Documents for second stage will be filed soon. He got 2 times stamping done at india. in this 4 years. He is currently pursuing higher studies while working so will not be able to move out of country until 2014. By then he might have his h1 extension papers. what are the chances of getting visa stamped successfully if he is in -> 7th year of H1 B -> Has a gap of 3-4 years from previous stamping to the next one.
