cjneedshelp Posted October 24, 2012 Report Share Posted October 24, 2012 My employer filed for H1 transfer on the 11th of Oct - California SC. I received the receipt number the very next day. But even after 12 days I have not received any approval/RFE/denial. Is this common? Some of my friends who applied received it in less than one week. Some say if it goes beyond 15 days I can get the money back. Money is not a concern for me. Why is it taking time? any suggestions? Please give me your valuable thoughts. Link to comment
