H1B RFE Hardcopy not received

Status on USCIS website changed to RFE on Sept 26, my attorney/employer did not receive the details (Hard copy) yet. Is any one in same situation.

What is the approximate time it may take and does the RFE respose time start from the day status changes on website or when hard copy is received.

I would say 1 week.. 2 weeks tops.

Thanks L1 to H1, in my case it is 4 weeks, should my attorney/employer followup with USCIS or wait for a another week or 2, also on an average what is the maximum time provided by USCIS to reply for RFE, I'm worried I might end up in having a week (or less) by the time we receive RFE details, please post your suggestions

Ask ur attorney to contact USCIS they may send u another copy of rfe.

USCIS generally gives 2-3 months time to reply to RFE

Thank you all, my Employer has received details today, USCIS has asked for regular documents as Client letter, Emp-Emp relation ... planning to reply in 2-3 days with upgrading to Premium

its a better idea to upgrade it to premium processing as you will have decision pretty fast.
