kiransai_g Posted October 19, 2012 Report Share Posted October 19, 2012 I have attended H1 b visa interview at hyderabad's consulate on OCT 16. I was not given any slip or case number. The visa officer returned my passport. He has taken my I 797, client letter and said he will report my case to USCIS and wait for their decision which is rarely positive. If USCIS responds positively they will ask me to send my passports. 1) How do i follow up my case. 2) Can i apply for a new H1 B petetion or should i wait for next years quota. Link to comment
