Can I study while working with an L1B Visa

Hi ,

I hold an L1B Visa which is expiring on Nov 15th 2012 and have an I94 expiry date of Nov 15th 2014 and hence did not apply for a renewal until to go back to India .

Question :

I am planning to study Accelarated 1 year MBA course while working ,and wanted to know if I am legally allowed to take a course with this type of a VISA.
