Previous Employer is no longer exists

Hi,

My H1B visa is going to expire on Next year April. My Employer wants to file extension. However, one of my previous employers (apart from the current employer; i worked in 2 more companies) is no longer exists. As it is the small consulting company They closed their business 1.6 years ago. They 've closed their website, Phone numbers are not working... In short no communication is possible hereafter with the company people.

Will it effects my H1B extension process?

Please help.
